Mail-In Computer Repair Service

We offer mail-in repair service for our rural customers that find it too far to drive to us. To take advantage of this service simply give us a call to inform us of your issue. Once we have discussed your issue and confirmed what to expect, you're ready to mail it in. Please provide a tracking number as soon as one is available. Once received we will take your computer through the same process as our walk-in repairs. We will provide you with your quote at which time you can approve or decline. Mail-In repairs are subject to return shipping charge of approximately $30, but may vary depending on weight of your computer. Once approved, we'll fix it and mail it back and provide you with a tracking number.
