Computer Repair Check-In Form

Fill out the computer repair check-in form below prior to drop off to take advantage of our fast check-in service. Drop your computer off, and once we have completed your diagnostics, we'll give you a call with your quote. 

 

Quotes are given within 1-2 business days (Unless using Same Day Computer Repair Service), at which time you can approve or decline the repair. Declined repairs are subject to diagnostic fee of $19 for laptops and $49 for desktops, but diagnostics are FREE for approved repairs.
